JStatus is a marketplace connecting advertisers with social media content creators, businesses, and designers. Below you'll find our policies on how bookings, payments, refunds, and subscriptions work. For legal terms, see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Ad Bookings

When you book an ad slot, you select a date and time, upload your ad content, and pay at checkout. After payment, the listing owner reviews your ad and accepts or declines it. Once accepted, your ad is scheduled and the owner posts it at the agreed time.

A service fee is added at checkout to cover platform operations. The total price is always shown before you confirm payment.

Content Creation (UGC) Bookings

For content creation bookings, you submit a brief describing what you need. The creator reviews your brief and may accept, request clarification, or decline. Payment is only collected after the creator accepts your brief.

Once paid, the creator produces a preview for your approval. You may request one round of revisions if needed. After you approve the content, the creator posts it to the agreed platforms.

If your booking involves a physical product, you ship it to the creator. The creator keeps the product after content is produced.

Cancellations & Refunds

If a listing owner does not post your ad as scheduled, you may request a cancellation. The owner can choose to issue a refund or escalate the matter to JStatus support for review.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

Bookings that are declined by the owner before any content is posted do not incur a charge.

Disputes

If you have an issue with a booking or order that cannot be resolved directly with the other party, you can open a dispute. Our support team reviews all disputes and makes a determination, which may include issuing a refund.

Design Orders

When you place a design order, your payment is held securely until the work is completed. The designer uploads a preview for your review. Once you approve the final delivery, payment is released to the designer.

If you're not satisfied with the work, you can request revisions or open a dispute for our team to review.

AI Ad Creator

The AI Ad Creator lets you generate professional ad images. You receive a free preview to try the tool. Paid sessions include multiple generations to refine your design.

If you're unsatisfied with the results of a paid session, you can submit a dispute for review. Our team may issue a refund or reactivate your session depending on the circumstances.

Subscriptions

Business Directory listings are available on an annual subscription. You also receive complimentary directory time when you make ad bookings through the platform.

JStatus Pro is a monthly subscription for listing owners that includes CRM tools, analytics, and premium placement. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you retain access until then.

All subscription payments are handled securely through Stripe.

Campaigns

Campaigns let you reach a wider audience by distributing your ads across multiple listing owners automatically. You set your budget and goals, and the platform builds an optimized plan for you.

Active campaigns can be paused or cancelled. Recurring campaigns can be managed from your campaign dashboard, including updating preferences or stopping future renewals.

Payments & Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. JStatus does not store your payment card details. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified, the highest level of security in the payments industry.

Payouts to listing owners and designers are made through Stripe Connect.
