1. Description of Service

JStatus is an online marketplace that connects advertisers with social media status owners, business listings, designers, and other community platforms.

JStatus acts solely as an intermediary technology platform and is not a party to agreements between users.

We do not guarantee the performance, quality, or outcomes of any advertisement or listing.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Marketplace Role

JStatus:

• Facilitates bookings and payments
• Provides scheduling and analytics tools
• Enables communication between parties

JStatus does not:

• Control the content posted by status owners
• Guarantee ad performance or reach
• Guarantee availability or fulfillment

All transactions occur directly between users.

4. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers are solely responsible for their content.

You agree that advertisements must:

• Comply with applicable laws
• Not infringe intellectual property rights
• Not be misleading or deceptive
• Be appropriate for a community audience

JStatus may remove or reject any content at its discretion.

5. Status Owner Responsibilities

Status owners agree to:

• Post accepted ads at scheduled times
• Follow listing descriptions and availability settings
• Respond to booking requests within a reasonable timeframe

Failure to fulfill accepted bookings may result in:

• Refunds to advertisers
• Platform penalties
• Account suspension

6. Payments, Fees & Payouts

All payments are processed through Stripe.

Current fee structure:

• 20% platform fee
• 5% service fee
• 75% payout to status owners

Fees may be updated with notice.

Payouts are subject to:

• Successful booking completion
• Fraud checks
• Stripe processing timelines

JStatus is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.

7. Cancellations & Disputes

Before Acceptance

Status owners may reject bookings without penalty.

After Acceptance

Status owners are expected to fulfill the booking.

Refunds may be issued if:

• Ads are not posted within the agreed timeframe
• The owner fails to fulfill the booking

JStatus reserves final discretion in resolving disputes.

8. Analytics & Performance Data

Performance metrics provided on the Platform:

• Are estimates based on available tracking data
• May not reflect all views or conversions
• Are provided for informational purposes only

JStatus does not guarantee advertising results.

9. Content & Community Guidelines

Users may not upload or promote content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Is defamatory or harmful
• Contains hate speech or explicit material
• Violates community standards

We may remove content without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content.

By uploading content, you grant JStatus a non-exclusive license to display, store, process, and distribute content as necessary to operate the Platform.

11. AI-Generated Content

Ads generated using our AI tools:

• Are provided for convenience only
• Are not guaranteed to be accurate or compliant

Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties.

JStatus shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Advertising performance outcomes
• Third-party actions

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to JStatus in the preceding 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JStatus harmless from claims arising from:

• Your content
• Your use of the Platform
• Violations of these Terms

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Upon termination:

• Active bookings will be handled per policy
• Eligible payouts will be processed

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email
• In-platform notifications

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
